Wilfred Spiegelenburg resolved YUNIKORN-507.

Fix Version/s: 0.10
Resolution: Fixed
That is correct, only merge into master the build process that is triggered by
that merge will create the new web layout and update the asf-site branch. That
branch is automatically deployed to the Apache web server on any new commit.
Closing as fixed.
