this is great, thanks for trying this out.
based on your tests, that means the effective resources are used in the
scheduler and that is NOT changed.
in this case, we just need to calculate the effective resources based on k8s
doc and use that as the ask resource.
lets get this done in
https://github.com/apache/incubator-yunikorn-k8shim/pull/281, have all the
review comments being addressed? and could u pls fix the pre-commit issue as
well?
