hi [~A1kaid] this issue needs more discussion, I do not have a concrete idea so
far.
The intention is to provide more debuggability for the end users, for their
running apps, pods, etc. This is not limited to just adding more logs, it is
more about how to provide useful info via UI, or k8s events etc.
