The admission controller uses {{v1beta1.AdmissionReview}} and
{{v1beta1.AdmissionResponse}} in the calls. This API is removed in K8s 1.22 and
we should proactively move to the v1 versions of both.
This also affects the registration of the webhooks in the yaml stored int the
templates.
