Looking at this a little more, I'm not sure we want to use the health check
probe as a liveness check. Some of the checks done recursively go through every
allocation, and this can be time-consuming. On a busy cluster, this could cause
K8s to find the YuniKorn pod to be unhealthy and kill it.
