Based on the discussion details on the mailing list: back port of YUNIKORN-928
and YUNIKORN-941 to the branch-0.12 for the shim. No other fixes. Due to the
NOTICE fixes we do need to update the other repositories which means a re-tag
and dependencies update.
This will allow us to test YUNIKORN-1004 at the same time.
Not sure if we want to mark these 5 jiras as fixed in 0.12.2 also just to make
clear what was done:

* YUNIKORN-625
* YUNIKORN-726
