Thank you for taking this up. Intent of the umbrella jira is to remove the old
rest api. With this jira, we are trying to add utilization related attributes
in /ws/v1/partition/ (new api) response so that we can remove the
/ws/v1/cluster/utilization (old api). Hope this helps. [~anuraagn]
