[~anuraagn] thanks for working on this, I'll check out the PR as soon as it's
available.
The question is if this is something we want to configure with an URL. Maybe
not. I think it can be part of the yunikorn configmap, which is watched for
changes in every 2 minutes and automatically picked up (unless hot refresh is
disabled)
