This is purely a documentation change nothing in the code will change we just
need to add it to the documentation before we cut the new version of the doc.
This is not a blocker on the content of the release just on the documentation
creation. The creation of the documentation and the website updates happen only
*after* we have an incubator PMC vote that passes.
Nothing in this jira stops the current release vote.
