Description:
So far, we've idenfitied that the following should be added as queue metrics:
* No. of apps submitted (only collected as cluster-wide stat right now)
* No. of pending apps (missing)
* No. of apps completed (only collected as cluster-wide stat right now)
* No. of apps failed (missing)
* Aggregate number of allocated containers (only collected as cluster-wide stat
right now)
* Aggregate number of released containers (only collected as cluster-wide stat
right now)
* No. of pending containers
