[~wilfreds] Does this also handle the use case where spark jobs are not
directly submitted by the user?
For example, we have a use case where a lot of our spark jobs are submitted
through livy or tuber. And because the jobs are launched by the service
accounts for livy and tuber, tracking down the logged-in user is not as easy as
it is with a spark-submit on the shell.
