[~wilfreds], I’ve responded to the comments. I’ve updated the doc to reflect
the changes in default values / user label key deprecations.
As a point of clarification, the NAMESPACE env var is a bootstrap
configuration, meant to tell YuniKorn what namespace it lives in, not point to
an alternative location. There is unfortunately no way for a Pod to discover
its own namespace at runtime except via explicit ENV injection with a fieldRef.
We already use this pattern in our Helm charts.
As for requiring a configmap to load, I disagree strongly that we want this.
