The version we build with is defined in the {{.go_version}} file. The
{{go.mod}} version identification is the version we use for source code
compatibility. They are different things. Please check
[https://go.dev/ref/mod#go-mod-file-go] for details.
We want to move to go compiler we build with to go 1.20. Our source code does
not change and can still be build with the original go that is mentioned in the
go.mod file.
