Description:
We have metrics for real-time allocations of each leaf queue, but the max
capacity metrics are not available. Max capacity of a queue can be modified via
REST APIs, scheduler ConfigMap etc and the metric tracking the max value should
automatically reflect the change.
Updated
updateAllocatedAndPendingResourceMetrics should support all queue types
max capacity metrics already supported all queue types.
