Export the following methods in shim {{{}Context{}}}:
* {{updatePod()}}
* {{addNode()}}
* {{addPodToCache()}}
* {{updatePodInCach()e}}
Changes in {{{}NewAMService(){}}}:
* create {{PodEventHandler}} & register {{general.Manager}} in testing mode
> Enhance MockScheduler to process v1.Pod/v1.Node objects
