The currently displayed "Used Resource" is a snapshot of current resource being
used, not the aggregated resources used so far.
Given YUNIKORN-1385 is now in place, we can do the following:
# Rename the current "Used Resource" to "Resource In Use"
# Use the "Used Resource" to show the resources used so far (aggregation of
all finished pods), the unit would be vcoreSeconds and megabyteSeconds.
