We need to de-dupe. The helm charts are generated from the release repo and not
from the k8shim. Even the e2e tests use the release repository to get the
latest helm chart. We should not maintain two locations with these files.
The helm chart was fixed in
[YUNIKORN-1698|https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-release/commit/00e199b74e1c25e204463e3ccb7276d080eb1e28]
over 2 months ago.
