Summary: Show the real current release that the docs is about
rather than "Docs"

[https://docusaurus.io/docs] shows 2.4.0 as the current version of the doc. We
can do the same for yunikorn, that is, to show the latest release 1.2.0 as the
current version. This will make it clear to user what s/he is looking at, also
make it obvious that one can choose a different version to look at.
Right now it's shown as "Docs".
