[~taoyang] not sure what else we should do to move this forward so it can be
used with the latest release again. I have captured some low hanging things in
YUNIKORN-1785 to at least fix the security pieces.
[~pbacsko] would this tool help and or can it be used with KWOK also?
Would be nice if we could have a set of tools that allows us to easily run perf
tests so we can use it for each release.
