I don't think we should support this. Setting log level is an administrative
function, and arguably shouldn't be done via the REST API at all, certainly not
via the UI. The UI is for end user use. Adding this functionality would also
require a full authentication and authorization scheme for the web UI, as we
certainly don't want to allow unauthenticated modifications.
