Update:
v1.3.0 RC-1 pass, so I am going to move the RC1 to the download location.
BTW, should I remove the
[https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/yunikorn/1.3.0-RC1/]
[https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/yunikorn/1.3.0-RC1/] after I move
those files to the [https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/yunikorn/] ?
