Looking at the code change I was wondering if we should have an option to get a
single level or the subtree from the requested point down. Preferably we would
allow both. An option to request subtree or single level
For the single level Children as a list of queue info objects to be replaced
with a simple list of names in ChildNames. Both have omit empty the caller can
easily detect the presence and we get a far more flexible REST API.
