Description:
After YUNIKORN-2305, artifacts are automatically uploaded to Github if there's
a test failure. However, recovery and restart tests have not been updated
properly (see
https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-k8shim/actions/runs/7547045318/job/20546327707?pr=765).
Also check other test suites to see if the required change is missing.
