[~douenergy] thanks for nice survey. The option 3 are good to me. However, it 
would be nice to test performance for QEMU (arm64) first. We all hate the slow 
CI :)

Option 1 is not in our support matrix, so maybe it is not suitable totally.

For another, the support page 
(https://yunikorn.apache.org/docs/get_started/core_features/#cpu-architecture-support)
 does not mention "linux/amd64 and linux/arm64". Maybe it is time to add 
support matrix to the docs :)
