We SHOULD use {{replace}} to fix the version ONLY IF the dep meets following
condition. # it is indirect, AND
# the indirect version has CVEs/bugs, OR the version is too stale
In this case we should remove replace rule golang.org/x/net => golang.org/x/net
v0.20.0 in core go.mod, am I right ?
