Target Version: 1.6.0
All fixed up the assignment.
Setting target release for the 1.6 release so we can make sure we have our CC
BY 4.0 attributions figured out for the docker image we build. Note that we
might need to add more than just this one. The license details we distribute as
part of the docker image probably need other direct dependencies mentioned.
