While reviewing PR for YUNIKORN-2414, I ran into this in the github pre-commit
tests. I'm goingt o attempt to build that PR using puppeteer 22.2.0 and see if
that fixes the issue. If so, I'll commit that PR and we can close this issue as
fixed in that one.
