Description:
The current Jira is intended to replace all "TODO" comments, which will be
removed by [https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-core/issues/915]. The purpose of
the Jira is to discuss whether the tasks described by these TODO comments are
worth executing.
Currently, the `//TODO` comment needs to be removed from the
`pkg/common/security/usergroup.go` file:
```go
//TODO (address the comment at this location)
```
