We need to be careful about this when we implement it. I can forsee some issues
(particularly with Spark) where we might have multiple processes assigning
application IDs, such as a submission gateway and Spark itself. We *may* want
to simply ignore the spark App ID if it conflicts with a yunikorn one, since we
can't stop spark from setting the spark app ID label.
