The indent of yunikornDefaults is wrong in doc
[https://yunikorn.apache.org/docs/user_guide/service_config.]
When copying the yunikornDefaults from the doc and upgrading the cluster, the
upgrade will be failed and the errors are following:

Error: UPGRADE FAILED: cannot patch "yunikorn-defaults" with kind ConfigMap:
admission webhook "admission-webhook.yunikorn.validate-conf" denied the
request: yaml: unmarshal errors:
line 9: field submitacl not found in type configs.PartitionConfig {code}
