When we build Yunikorn, we use a flag called "-installsuffix". Based on the Go
docs, it's not entirely clear why we need this.
After doing some extensive search, it was used to prevent some problems related
to static linking the compiled binary, however, this is no longer necessary as
it was used as a workaround in older Go versions. Therefore, it can be removed.
