The troubleshooting documentation for the collection of the statedump is
incorrect. It points to the incorrect port 9889 for the debug endpoint which
should be 9080. The debug endpoint is not proxied by the web UI server which
means we need to hit the scedhuler web service directly.
The whole section needs to be updated to use the new debug endpoint correctly,
remove the deprecated {{/ws/v1}} references.
