https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-1707 had introduced
"ignore-application" annotation to set on the pod which was used mainly for
plugin mode of deployment. Now that plugin mode has been removed, re assess the
current state and remove this annotation if not required anymore.
