Some of the precondition checks in
[https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-core/blob/master/pkg/scheduler/objects/preemption.go#L92]
are better to be carried out before instantiating the preemptor itself to
avoid creating the same as it could avoid creating preemptor object itself in
some cases.
