Running `make test` fails due to two test failures in `pkg/scheduler/objects`
related to `RollbackAllocation`:
application_property_test.go:62: assertion failed: totalGhostRollbacks is
<= 0: no seed ever rolled back an ask missing from sa.requests
--- FAIL: TestApplicationPropertyFuzzHistogram (1.50s)
application_test.go:2823: assertion failed: error is not nil: failed to
locate ask with key alloc-1 for rollback: rollback of the confirmed allocation
should have succeeded
--- FAIL: TestRollbackAllocationAskNotTracked (0.00s)
