YUNIKORN-3300 had changed the way K8s plugins are used. As part of this,
request and response changes also went through in SI API's, Core and Shim. It
also dropped sending the actual plugin errors from shim to core. It used to
happen earlier and same would be sent as events to the pod. This info was very
handy during troubleshooting any scheduling problems. Retain the message
sending part from shim to core.
