Thanks for following up on this [[email protected]]! The Netty 3 to Netty 4
port of ZOOKEEPER-3152 was done with a similar kind of guessing so I'd
appreciate if you compared your prospective changes from this ticket with the
changes from the other one and see if something got missed or implemented weird
to your eyes (only if you have time/interest).
