AFAICS it can potentially affect anyone, who configure his ZooKeeper to log
with SmtpAppender. But I doubt anyone would do this in production...
Log4J 1.2 is deprecated now so I think fixing this would be only done by Log4J
2 migration (ZOOKEEPER-2342).
I agree with whitelisting it, I will create a PR, then start a thread on the
dev mailing list to make sure we are on the same page before I would prepare
the RC of 3.5.8.
