It appears that I should have placed more emphasis on the "effective management" comment in my earlier reply to Cataya Dixon and the ISTA list. Teachers can and WILL go beyond expectations when the effort is clearly for the betterment of their profession and the children they teach. Without careful consideration, another "hurdle" will be only another stumbling block!
