Hi,

I have a problem creating imap mailboxes with isync.
I created locally a maildir box, "two", and now i want to create it on
the imap server. There is already in the path another box: "one".

$ mbsync -Cm boxes
Reading configuration file /home/tonio/.mbsyncrc
Resolving mailhost.loria.fr... ok
Connecting to XXX.XX.XX.XX:993... ok
Connection is now encrypted
Logging in...
Channel boxes
Selecting slave one... 2 messages, 0 recent
Selecting master one... 2 messages, 0 recent
Synchronizing
Selecting slave two... Maildir notice: cannot read UIDVALIDITY,
creating new.
1 messages, 0 recent
Selecting master two... IMAP command 'CREATE
""path/to/two""' returned an error: BAD Missing or invalid
argument to CREATE
IMAP command 'SELECT "path/to/two"' returned an error: NO
SELECT failed: Can't open mailbox path/to/two: no such mailbox

Where the corresponding entry in .mbsyncrc is:

MaildirStore lboxes
Path ~/Mail/path/to/

IMAPStore rboxes
Account remote
Path path/to/

Channel boxes
Master :rboxes
Slave :lboxes
Patterns *

(this is with isync 1.0.1)

Another problem i have with mbsync is that i can't easily synchronize a
hierarchy of boxes (for instance, i do have boxes in "path/", and also
in "path/to". Currently, i have to duplicate Maidirstore, IMAPStore and
Channel for each directory, instead of simply using "Patterns **/*" for
instance.

Best regards,
antoine
