I'm trying to do a first sync of my gmail account with mbsync, but I get
kicked off after every 97 messages with an unexpected EOF. I've seen it
suggested on this list that it would be worth trying limiting PipelineDepth
to 50, but I can't find any instructions for doing this - is it something I
can do in my .mbsyncrc file?
