Sorry - limited time over the last week. I can tell you that this 
message did have a valid TUID. The user had bcc'd themselves on an 
outbound message.

Wish gmail had an option to *always* send mail via domain MXs as it 
would be a workaround until we can fix this.

I've had more use of gdb in the last couple of weeks (due to a segfault 
problem we're having in Squid) so I'm hoping to give you the info you 
need soon.
