The folder tree seems to be the following (written with full paths):
/
  /INBOX
    /INBOX/WhatsApp
    /INBOX/Drafts
    /INBOX/Trash
      /INBOX/Trash/2014
    /INBOX/spam
    /INBOX/Sent
    /INBOX/INBOX
      /INBOX/INBOX/Trash
    /INBOX/phone
    /INBOX/Archive

Note that neither /INBOX nor /INBOX/INBOX are mentioned anywhere, while the 
rest of folders are.

So it looks like any path ending in "/INBOX" is ignored, no matter where it is 
located?
