Apologies on slow reply.

My question is less about the folder structure than how to get Isync to
authenticate to the Outlook server over Davmail. DavMail is a
POP/IMAP/SMTP/Caldav/Carddav/LDAP exchange gateway allowing users to use
any mail/calendar client (e.g. Thunderbird with Lightning or Apple iCal)
with an Exchange server, even from the internet or behind a firewall
through Outlook Web Access.

In my case I want to use mu4e through Isync.

Otherwise the folder structure is standard ~/Maildir ~/Maildir/work
~/Maildir/gmail

For some reason I can't authenticate using the same domain\username and
password I use with Offlineimap.

If it works with Offlineimap I should be able to make it work in Isync.
There are lots of examples of how to do this with offlineimap. But I have
not found a working example of using Davmail with Isync.

My main question is how do I get Isync to authenticate to the Exchange
Server through Outlook Web Access via Davmail?
