i suspect it's complaining about the 24MiB message size, even though it
seems quite wrong that it would throw BAD instead of NO.
you can try working around it with MaxSize (which of course means that
the huge messages will be never synced).
alternatively: it seems you enabled CopyArrivalDate - maybe the server
is having some problem with that.
