I tried upgrading openssl and zlib. That didnt help.
With master branch from git https://git.code.sf.net/p/isync/isync
I get
"IMAP error: unexpected EOF from imap.gmail.com " both with and
without DisableExtension COMPRESS=DEFLATE
this happens much quickly
