I was wondering if we could allow patterns to be specified via the
commandline. Here's what I have in mind.
Currently mbsync help shows
usage:
mbsync [flags] {{channel[:box,...]|group} ...|-a}
which allows to things like
mbsync mychannel:INBOX
mbsync mychannel:INBOX/stuff
but not
mbsync 'mychannel:INBOX*'
which would do the same as specifying
Patterns "INBOX*"
in .mbsyncrc
