Hello, Starting with 1.3, dot-subdirectories are also processed by isync. This makes it difficult to co-locate the mails and the indexing database for search mails (e.g., mail folder in subdirectories, and a .xapian directory for indexing all mail).
It might be a bug that dot-directories are now processed.
