It seems isync cannot connect to gmail on my setup. The same setup works just fine with thunderbird. My distro is Linux Mint where the latest version of isync is 1.1.2-1. The option "UseIMAPS" is mentioned in the man page, however if I add 'UseIMAPS yes' to my .mbsyncrc file, mbsync gives me an error: "unknown section keyword 'UseIMAPS'". If I remove the option it does not seem to connect at all and timeouts.
I tried compiling from source and when using the option 'SSLType IMAPS' and I get the same error - "unknown section keyword 'SSLType'". Could it be a library error?
