The error is gone now. After few hours of trying mbsync every few mins.
Now the errors have disappeard. The last error was something like 'going
to sleep folder changes...'. I don't remember exactly.

That's right. But if it was a firewall matter on my laptop then other
clients wouldn't have worked. My Apple Mail or Outlook works perfectly.
I use them for debugging. :-)

I'll post in this thread again, with diagnostics using '-DN', if the
problem re-occurs.
